The place was clean and had excellent customer service.

The location was great and stunning, near bistros and restaurants. The hotel was near lakes and forests and overlooked inner courtyard. The restaurant here was great for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes.

The room is reasonably large and functional and has a good-sized bathroom. The location is excellent, right by the ski area. Plus, this hotel is so close to supermarket as well as the restaurant and supermarket.

This hotel has excellent value for money. It offers affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is great, with nice gardens and plenty of parking right beside a cable car. The staff is friendly and provides basic amenities. The rooms are clean, although there are no bathroom-only rooms.

Thanks to the amazingly nice staff everything was very good, including a great selection ofexcellent food. TV with satellite channels, climate control and a refrigerator available in the king room. Exceptionally comfortable bed overall...

The location of the villa was great, as it was not far from the entrance of the national park. there was a nice pizzeria just across the street, which made it convenient for dining. The bus station to other destinations like Zadar and Split was also within walking distance.

The staff members at the villa were not always attentive, which made it difficult to get assistance during breakfast or other times when help was needed.

The villa has a great location, 20-minute walk from Entrance 2. Clean, lovely decorated house. Charming surroundings. Beyond expectation staff: kind, understanding, respectful. Great assistance!

Lovely spot to stay during our visit to Plitvicka Jezera. Just a short walk from Entrance 2 of the national park. The staff were helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless. Despite being in the middle of nature, the WiFi was generally good.

The setting here is stunning, situated near a hiking path to the Plitvice Lakes National Park and close to three bus stops, with the lake just a short 30-minute walk away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Additionally, the rooms were well-appointed with great amenities, including a flower-filled balcony which provided a lovely view. Moreover, the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, providing a great start to the day.

The Wi-Fi connectivity in the hotel could be improved.

This place is conveniently located right next to the bus stop and is near a great restaurant for lunch or dinner, as well as three bus stops for easy access to the attractions.

We stayed at Villa Knezevic for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff, especially one particular woman, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She gave us great recommendations for exploring the area and even helped us secure transportation back to Split. The room was clean and had a beautiful flower-filled balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the market and a scenic 20-minute walk to the entrance of Plitvice Lakes. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and calm.
